Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please be aware of our strict booking and cancellation policy for salon appointments:
• To ensure a smooth running of our schedule, we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment as the treatment will commence at your booking start time. In the event of being late, the treatment may need to be shortened, and you will still be charged for the full session.
• In case you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you contact the salon as soon as possible. This will allow us to offer the appointment slot to someone else and avoid charges to you.
• If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a charge of 50% of the treatment fee will be added to your next appointment.
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice will result in being charged the full fee.
• Please note that our treatment rooms are not suitable for accommodating small children.
